To live a life where all things are possible, you must consciously become aware of your thought patterns.
It will serve you well, to become alive to your thoughts, to pay close attention to what goes on in your head.
This is because it’s extremely easy to flood your brain and spirit with negative affirmations and negative self-talk without realising it.
Therefore, make it a habit of becoming aware of your thought flow. It’s a must-do exercise.
Do you know that you create an affirmation about yourself anytime you say, “I am”, whether positive or negative?
Words are incredibly powerful.
Another thing to be aware of, like your words, are your thoughts.
They too, are also very powerful.
Master The World Around You
Manifesting your future all comes down to energy and action.
Everything in our world exudes energy, and so do you.
When your thoughts, feelings, and actions align with what you desire, what you desire will manifest.
For example, if you are focused on how broke and frustrated you are, the chances of you being in that state is remarkably high because you are stuck in that energy (broke and frustrated) frequency.
And not only that, but you will also make decisions based on the thoughts and emotions aligned with being broke and frustrated.
Thankfully, you can do something about it. You don’t have to keep making the same mistakes.
Today, you’ll be learning about five steps that will be beneficial to you, as you journey towards manifesting the future you have always wanted.
5 Steps To Help You Manifest The Future You Have Always Wanted
The most potent future manifestation tools include visualisation, affirmations, vision boards, journaling, and meditation.
However, these tools won’t get the job done unless they are cultivated in an enabling environment.
To achieve maximum results, it’s advisable to practise them in tandem with these five steps.
# 1 Keep Your Focus On Precisely What You Want To See Happen
The first thing you need to do is to shift your focus or energy onto precisely what you want to see happen.
You have to be sure of what you want to see happen in your future and be laser-focused on it!
If, for instance, you want to be abundant and relaxed, you could start to see yourself as being in abundance and comfort.
By mastering your thoughts, you create thoughts and feelings that will keep your subconscious mind primed for your new reality.
# 2 Visualise Yourself In Your Desired Future
Feel it! Want it! Live it!
One of the secrets of manifesting your future is “acting as if” you’re already in it.
You must first become the person who is already living your ideal life, which is your successful future self.
Act as if YOU are that person, and you will become him or her.
If you know exactly WHAT you want and WHY you want it, it should be easy to imagine what your life should look like when you have reached it.
It’s called daydreaming, and we all do it!
Daydreaming is nothing more than visualising, and it’s a powerful technique used to manifest your big goals.
Try this: Start to act as if you feel it! Start living as your successful future self.
By doing this, you’re changing your energy, and your desires are flowing towards you.
In other words, you’d have to first see yourself as who or what you want to become, to become it!
# 3 Master Your Feelings Because They Matter
Do you know that your feelings matter?
Feelings of gratitude, love, and happiness are essential components in your visualisation process.
Maintaining a feeling of excitement throughout the day is powerful!
You’ll see how things will start to change around you when you make a habit of it.
Perhaps you should give it a try. Be grateful for who you are and what you have.
Turn on your gratitude, happiness and love frequency.
It’s time to shed off the doom and gloom.
# 4 Be Guided By Your Heart, Not Your Mind
Try not to allow your fears to control your mind.
As a Holistic/Mindset Coach, I often work with timelines, and a great exercise is to look two, five , ten years ahead in the timeline and visualise the life you want to have.
Focus on how you feel, how you behave, how you talk, how you dress, what kind of people you surround yourself with, and things like that.
Try this: Think about what your everyday life looks like, what you do when you get up in the morning, how you spend your morning, and how you feel.
The deeper you go in detail, the more you learn about yourself and what it is that you truly desire.
You are the creator of your reality. It starts with you!
Treat yourself with love and kindness, and the doors to incredible possibilities and the future you desire will flow effortlessly to you.
# 5 Learn To Affirm Yourself Positively
Learn the practice of positive self – affirmation.
Remember that I mentioned earlier that anytime you say, “I am“, you create an affirmation about yourself, whether positive or negative.
If you are unsure of how to go about it, below are some positive affirmations to help you with.
You can start by saying:
I release all the limiting beliefs I hold.
I have more than enough resources to accomplish all my goals.
I am the creator of my reality.
I release negativity and welcome an abundant mindset.
I am strong and powerful.
I can do anything I put my mind to.
My uniqueness makes me beautiful.
I am successful in every area of my life.
I believe in myself and support myself fully.
I am in harmony with the energy of money.
I trust my heart to make good choices.
You can use these affirmations by writing them down. Some will resonate with you more than others.
You can repeat the ones that resonate with you so much so that they become part of you.
It’s possible to manifest the future that you’ve always wanted, provided you are willing to unlearn all that you’ve been programmed to believe since your childhood, as that software no longer serves you.
Manifesting your future all comes down to focus and action.
You must learn to be laser-focused on what you want and practise who or what you want to see happen or become.
Mind your thoughts. They can become your reality.
Visualisation, affirmations, vision boards, journaling, and meditation are powerful future manifestation keys that can only serve you in an enabling environment.
